Pickup, Shipping, Cancellation & Returns
Depending on the perishability of our current featured offering, contactless local shipping is available for some of our virtual pop-up vendors. Customers will select a designated day and timeframe for delivery. We will text or email you the tracking information the day your order has been sent out for delivery. Orders are typically dispatched on the day of delivery. Shipping rates are based on postal code and will vary in price depending on how far the location is outside of our delivery radius. Although extremely rare, if you have for some reason not received your product on the day of delivery, please contact email@example.com.
Both our team at Dabble and our partnered vendors want to ensure everyone is upholding all necessary physical distancing measures so we can keep everyone safe! Please arrive on time for your designated time slot. We have limited the number of people for each slot so it is imperative you arrive on time to avoid overcrowding. You must wear a mask while in line and in the shop to ensure everyone's safety. Please keep a 2-metre distance from others while waiting in line. Have your order number ready before entering the store so we can make the pickup process as fast and smooth as possible.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order are eligible for a full refund. Your credit or debit card will be fully refunded in 1-3 business days. Please be advised that if you place an order within 24 hours of your pickup time, you will not be able to cancel your order and will be charged the full amount. If you are unable to pick up your order for unforeseen reasons, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can notify the vendor.
You are eligible to reschedule your pickup time slot within 24 hours of placing your order. Please be advised that if you place an order within 24 hours of your pickup time, you will not be able to reschedule your pickup time and are expected to arrive at the venue at the designated time. You may change your preference for having your product delivered or picked up within 24 hours of placing your order.
Based on the perishable nature of the products we are offering, we do not accept returns of any kind. We will not be facilitating returns, nor will the vendors we are partnered with. If you have any concerns about the product you have received, you may contact email@example.com. If your offering has been compromised or damaged please attach a picture and explain why you are unsatisfied with the offering.
All orders are subject to taxes which are not covered by the vendor or Dabble Market.
